Mint is a personal finance tracking application designed to help you monitor spending, set budgets, and work towards becoming debt-free. The app processes all financial data locally on your device.

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of data you enter
• You must not use the app for any unlawful purposes
• You are responsible for keeping your device and iCloud account secure

Subscription and Payments

Mint offers both free and premium (Pro) tiers. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings.

Disclaimer

Mint is a budgeting tool and does not provide financial advice. The app's projections, including Debt Horizon estimates, are based on the data you provide and should not be relied upon as financial planning. Always consult a qualified financial advisor for important financial decisions.

Limitation of Liability

Mint Money shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding any claim.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or via email.
